Lack of sleep is a major problem for many of us, including me. Ever since I've been plagued with not being able to sleep at night, I've been trying to find remedies that help with it. Searched in bookshops, online, even went to doctors, but the treatments were either too agressive for me, or they weren't helping. Or they weren't treatments at all.Two weeks ago I came across Coping with Lack of Sleep - Causes and Remedies, and knowing that I'll end up buying the book anyway, since I do get everything related to the subject, in the hope that I will finally find 'the' cure, I pulled out my credit card and I said, what the heck, I'll not eat cake this weekend.
But you know what, I'm really glad I bought the book and that I didn't pay for a cake instead. The book tells it how it is, gives the whole shebang about what lack of sleep and insomnia really are, why lack of sleep actually happens and what you can do to conquer it for good. Yes, some things were common sense as well but some things were an eye opener, even for me, who I counted myself as a very knowledgeable person regarding lack of sleep issues, due to the much researched material that I already posessed.
So if you're like me, struggling to find a cure for your insomnia, for your lack of sleep, give this book a last chance - most probably it will be the best investment you had in years (well except for buying your new computer, of course :-) - you'll be glad you gave it a chance). I'm a regular person and it helped me. Who said it won't help you too, just another regular person? It will.
